Q: Please explain how a tool change is done. It looks like the large part (with dust collection hose attached) is pulled off giving access to the bit.s

You can open the dust cover directly to replace it, or install it when you install the spindle, and then install the tool

Q: It appears then that i need either a ring, or a smaller dust boot. my spindle is 3.5" and i thought it was adjustable. can i order a ring to fit?

NO it isn't adjustable. You must purchase the size that fits your spindle.

Q: I have a bobs cnc e4 with a dewalt 660 will this work?

I just received it today. I can let you know once I have it hooked up to my machine.

Q: What size is the vacuum port?

Spindle port is 80mm, dust suction port is 100mm
