I love this chocolate chai mix however do not care for the packaging. It’s hard to get the last bit out. I’ve been emptying the package into another container so I can get the powder out easier.

This has a bitter taste to it. After my first time tasting it, I started mixing it with a different brand of chai tea. While it helps some, the bitter taste is still there. I won't be buying this product again.

I am addicted to this TEA. It is nice and spicy but doesn't taste remotely like chocolate. If you are just starting to drink tea because you want something other than coffee this isn't a bad way to start. Maybe, you will taste the chocolate notes. I didn't.

This was the worst chai latte I EVER had in my life. It DOES NOT taste like chocolate. It DOES NOT taste like chai. It literally taste like some RANDOM DISGUSTING HERBAL THING- I could not get past 2 sips! I had to pour it all out and do all the dishes - waste of my time and money. They sent several packages - the rest are unopened! I wanted to send them back to the seller and ask if they actually tasted this product before sending it. My busy lifestyle doesn't allow me time to leave reviews - so even if it was mediocre I would've kept my mouth shut but I almost feel like it is my duty to warn people about this. IT'S LIKE MUDWATER. Horrible 0/5, and never again! IT'S TRASH! Thank GOD amazon was willing to refund.
