Love the fine tip and writing "feel"
These pens are amazing. They've become my go-to daily pen for everything, and I write a lot. I love the tiny point tip, especially for writing in small spaces like planners and making tiny side notes. Even my crazy scrawling handwriting looks better with these because you can see so much detail in the pen stroke since there's really no bleeding/spread. It dries really quickly so if I need to highlight something I just wrote I only have to wait a fraction of the time I have to for other pens. They last a fairly long time given how much I write and you can get replacement inserts as well (though I usually just get a new box of the pens since they're pretty inexpensive). Most importantly, they feel good to write with. You don't have to press hard like with ballpoints and it's not scratchy like a lot of other fine tip pens. My hand doesn't hurt after writing a long time. I have tried sooo many pens and there are some "fancy" pens I still like to write nice notes with but for a quality everyday pen, this is the one.

The "protien" of writing utensils
These are great pens! They write smoothly, with a strong, clear line. They can be refilled with fresh ink wells. Eventually, the pocket-clip breaks off, or the occasional well gushes, as with many other pens. I always keep extras because I like these pens so much!

Favorite pens! Period!
These are my favorite pens! They are durable, write smooth without bleeding, and last a long time. The grip is comfortable, and the clip is durable. We keep these on hand as they are the best pens.

These are my favorite pens for signing logbooks.
These are my favorite pens, I am a flight instructor, and this pen writes well and predictably even after being in the hot sun for a while. It fits great in my shirt, and writes sharp enough that I can make small notations in my students logbooks as well as my own.

The best Gel Pens around
Everybody likes these...for good reason. Me personally, I like the .10 bold tip. They're super smooth and there's so many color variations to choose from. The pen quality of course is always there as expected, the pens came in mint condition. These pens dry quick but depending on what media you're using them for the ink may or may not smear with highlighter on top so I would do a pen swatch on the paper you're using first, to see if it smears with highlighter

Awesome while they last
So I've been trying different calibers of pen tips realizing that I prefer thinner ones and been coming down from 2, to .7, to .5, so I got to .38 and decided to further try .25 but didn't find those good enough for regular writing, so I figure .38 is about optimal for the type of writing I do on a daily basis. The fine tip lets me write a little smaller than other pens which lets me write with my natural handwriting freely and looks great. I suppose that its because it writes pretty equivalent to a .5 mechanical pencil which is what I had used most of my life before. Unfortunately they can't be found in local stores which is why I have to order them. When I use them people comment that I can write so small that I could "write on a grain of rice" or that my notes look like a photocopy. The ink is not super fast drying, it does smear a tad if you run your hand over it accidentally a second or two after writing, but I don't consider that a huge deal. Zero smear is ideal but I do expect ink to behave this way to some extent. However, I have one much bigger concern about them... they don't usually last long enough to use up all the ink. The tip will get damaged somehow and a tiny wire-like thing will just barely peek out of it which makes the pen unusable from then on. I'd say probably half of the pens Ive used or more have this happen to them, and Ive used about 2 dozen so far... Sometimes by the time the ink is mostly used up, but sometimes about halfway through or less. I couldn't really say if its something about the way I use them (like if I have a heavier hand than they are designed for or what). In fact, the only other person that I know who uses these pens brought up the same complaint, before I said anything about it.I do plan to keep using this caliber but I'll see if I can try a different brand maybe. If not Ill have to put up with this defect, because its otherwise a really good pen. That's the only reason I give them 3/4 stars*.============================================* If the lowest rating is 1/5 stars then that actually equals 0/4. Its a 4 star system.
