Probably like everyone else, I get leg and other cramps every once in a while. But, the ones I hate worst are hand cramps. I often get them on long drives or at the most unwanted times. I originally bought the product from pharmacy, and this is my second purchase from Amazon. I bought the big bottle to keep in the house and the little one for my car. Cramping, just beyond hurting, seems to come at the worst times. I'm a fly fisherman and it isn't unusual for my hands to cramp after a fairly long drive to fishing grounds. Cramps are so bad that I can't make my hands perform all the intricate moves needed to fly fish. What a way to ruin a fishing trip. Follow directions; two coats of foam rubbed in and air dried, and you're back in business in just a few minutes. I know the product is sometimes sold as a pain reliever -- it's a cramp reliever for me and I consider it indispensable. Recommended.

I first bought the liquid spray. It didn’t work as well as the foam. That’s the best one.
