My husband loves the chair which was purchased in 3/2023. Unfortunately, we started hearing a clicking noise coming from the motor when lifting to get out..A claim with warranty company has been filed, and suitable options have been offered to clear up issue..We have been pleased with size, and overall comfort.

I love my lift chairs because Amazon made them affordable. My 55 year old son was injured in a car accident on 11/30/2020 leaving him partial paralyzed from spinal cord injury. Lifting him up was painful for me, I am 75 years old, but with my chairs getting him up is amazing. Hallelujah 🙏🏽♥️

We had a problem with the vibration never turning off and seller was efficient in getting problem resolved quickly. This was a gift for my dad and he loves the comfort and support. Highly recommend!

When reclined all the way unable to reach the controls to sit the chair up. Brackets sheared off after about nine months. Brackets are made of pot metal and can not be welded.

No tools needed just slide electrical connectors together and snap the back and arms in place. 15 minutes to set up.

Massage and heating features are nice. Decent chair for the price,
