Used once per day for one week. Noticed a worthwhile difference in feeling more hydrated. Dissolved easily with a good shake. Flavor was light, fruity & a refreshing change from other electrolytes that I’ve tried.

These natural electrolyte packets are perfect for portable hydration. They easily rip open without requiring a scissors. No sugars are included so using them will not break a fast but instead give good mineral support. This flavor is my husband's favorite, but we enjoy the variety pack as well. They dissolve well in water as long as you stir them well.

I really like the Nectar hydration packets. So far, I have tried the berry and orange flavors and I liked them both. The orange is a little on the tart side but I actually like it as it tastes refreshing to me. I really like that Nectar has all natural ingredients and not nearly as much sodium as other hydration packets. Also nectar does not have as strong a flavor as others I have tried. This is a plus for me as I like the taste of water (I actually add more than 16 oz of water to dilute it further). If you want a stronger taste to your water, it might not be for you but I for one don’t want my water to taste like soda.

Good product. I use it to hydrate in order to prevent nocturnal leg cramps. (along with magnesium.) Most of these drinks I have tried with electrolytes taste like what you take prior to a colonoscopy. NOT THIS ONE! With that said I hope the Manufacturer reads this. Can you add a bit more flavoring. I add a little Tang powdered drink to make it more to my taste. Thank you.

Terrible! Came days late ! I expected to taste an orange flavor but had zero flavor!

Supposed to be a healthier version of sport drinks. Its ok, just doesn't have much flavor.

I’ve tried a lot of brands of hydration packets and this is by far my favorite. I don’t like super sweet so if you like super sweet this is not the one for you. The orange and lemon are my favorites. They taste like I actually squeezed an orange or lemon in my water. I noticed a huge difference in my hydration when using this. I drink a lot of water but prior to getting nectar I was still feeling dehydrated. I use one packet a day (maybe two on a hot summer day) and it does the trick giving my body those added electrolytes it needs. I feel more energized too. On days where I would forget to bring a packet I noticed a huge difference. The only thing is it doesn’t dissolve very easily so you really have to put in work.

I’ve finally found a replacement for my Vitacost electrolytes! I’ve spent several hundred dollars on other products that were sickeningly sweet with little benefits. Nectar is a quality product with a great flavor. Mixes easily with any liquid, has a great taste and no sweetness.
