Este producto es excelente, siendo que es un producto importado, con audio español latino, nos transporta a nuestra niñez con los mismos diálogos y el mismo doblaje que vimos todos los latinos cuando éramos unos niños.Lo recomiendo 100%, tiene una imagen excelente y un buen sonido, evidentemente respetando las distancias del caso en comparaciones con series de hoy en día, donde la tecnología permite mayor calidad de video y sonido. Pero para disfrutar de este clásico la calidad es excelente, siempre recordando que es una serie de antaño por ende no se le puede pedir más de lo que ya tiene. Pero es sencillamente excelente¡¡Lo recomiendo a todos los que deseen tener este clásico, solamente tiene el audio en español latino. I've searched high and low for an English copy of "Belle and Sebastian." I watched it as a kid on Nickelodeon. It's a good, clean anime series that kids will love. The story centers around Sebastian, who lives in the mountains with his adoptive grandfather and sister. His mother left him there with them to raise while she went back to her work in a traveling carnival. Sebastian finds a large, white dog in the mountains that everyone in the village thinks is a white monster (perro diabolico) in Spanish. The two set out to find Sebastian's mother with what seems like all of Europe chasing after them to help capture the "white monster." The quality is good. I've had three years of Spanish and already knew the basic gist of the storyline, so between the two, I knew exactly what was going on. By the end of the series, it barely registered that I was watching Spanish because I understood it all.

This is the French version of the Japanese production of the cartoon version of the Belle and Sebastian novel. Complete; very well reproduced. Be careful to check whether the region code of this release is compatible with your DVD player.

I give it 4 stars because this was one of my childhood favorites . Really need to find the English version so my children can watch it. I loved this show as a child. Hope to find it for them before they are to old.

The "Belle and Sebastian" TV series was one of my children's favorites. Now, I'd like to purchase it for my grandson, only to find that Amazon offers the Spanish-speaking version, and not the English. We need this produced in English so that English-speaking youngsters the world over can benefit from the thought, content, and moving story-line provided in this film. There is a woman on the internet who offers a home-made DVD set of this series, and I purchased it - and it's quite good. If she's still selling this item, I recommend that parents purchase this mesmerizing series for not only their children - but themselves as well. It will help you to recall a time of peace, wonder, and enjoyment, when you used to sit in front of the TV thoroughly engrossed in a child's film.

I just randomly thought of this series while watching my daughter watch a lame cartoon lacking any good content. This series absolutely rocks, at least in my memories from my 7 year old mind. The reviews above validate my memory.I was shocked when I looked for it on Amazon, then via Google, there was only one person/site who seemed to be able to sell it to me in the English version! On a slight tangent I was more upset that an Indie Band, who took the name of the series as their own, amased almost all the SE hits.So the only site/person who can ship you an English versian of the series actually doesn't own the IP according to his/her website. The $50 charge for the set goes toward the remastering of the content and adding in English ...
