I received an item that had a small dent in the walnut box and the scoring pegs were missing. I was told by Amazon to contact the seller directly. I have to say that I have never has this type of superior customer service in 25 years. The replacement box and upgraded scoring pegs arrived two days later and I was sent a return label the same day. This whole set is absolutely beautiful. You can’t believe how nice it is until you see it. We have already used it and it’s pure pleasure to play with this set and really fun. Scoring in the lid is a great idea and something we really enjoy rather than writing it down. I would recommend this seller and set to everyone.

Absolutely incredible piece of craftsmanship. I considered many other “value” priced set, but the reviews on Amazon and elsewhere compelled me to take a chance on this set. And I’m so glad I did; it’s perfect and the while I didn’t know it before, I’ve come to fully appreciate the heft and quality of domino pieces.

This is a beautiful set. The bones, the box, very well made. It’s a five star gift but it was shipped in a thin plastic bag, no padding, no bubble wrap so one corner was crunched and the wooden box is also damaged not allowing the lid to close correctly. Very disappointing indeed.

This is a great set for playing or display. The box has a fantastic fit and finish. The domino's are perfect. The whole set looks and feels like a premium product. Good buy!

Great for family occasions. I hope that our grandchildren enjoy them as much as we do.
