Beautiful and great watch. A lot for your money.
Excellent watch! If you like big watches this is for you. Very comfortable, easy to read . The materials are great. Here is what I think about every part of the watch:- Bezel: Looks and feels great, turning it feels smooth and the pearl on 12 o clock is centered perfectly.- Dial: Gorgeous! The sunburst on the blue dial is beautiful. The numerals have a great visibility and shines great in the night. The hands are 3 different colours which is even easier to read. The day and date are centered perfectly.Bracelet: Absolutely solid! A great piece, I love the brushed & polished they did. The only "but" I would say is the clasp, I mean is ok but not as good as the rest of the bracelet. Another thing I would add is: be careful when you size the bracelet because if you don't know what you're doing you can screw up, be careful with the pins 'cause they have a "cap" which is very easy to lost when you push the pin.- Movement: Accurate. Once you grab the watch it starts running, you can wind it too. It's 21600bpmAll in all is a great watch, a lot for you money. Great value.

For the price it's an excellent watch. You can find some reviews online that have complaints about the bracelet and the bezel, but they're comparing this watch to watches that are in the $2,000 + range in terms of cost. There is nothing else at this price point that will match Seiko in terms of value and quality. The face of the watch has a sunburst dial which is hard to show off in pictures but looks very striking in person. The "Pepsi" color scheme is bright and both the text on the date and the minute hand are coordinated to match, which is a nice touch.Despite being on the larger side, it's very comfortable on the wrist, due to the rounded edges of the case and the placement of the crown. The bracelet is also very nice, although a little big until it's resized. Take care when you do resize it as there is a cap that goes on the pins and it's easy to lose if you don't know to look for it.The rotating bezel felt a little stiff to me and there is the issue that the bezel markers do not line up perfectly with the second markers on the face. It's not that noticeable to me, but for others that may be a dealbreaker. The lume is awesome and very bright, as is typical of Seiko watches. Charging the lume for about 10 minutes with a flashlight is enough for the markers to stay visible for about 6 hours.Overall, it's a very nice looking watch that feels solid, wears comfortably, and has excellent lume. There's not really much more you could ask for at less than $400.

Really good for the price!
This is a really good watch. Solid, well constructed, with handsome appearance, adequate size, in one word: Excellent! The hacking system for the seconds hand is useful for adjust time exactly and the screw down crown gives you the security of a really water proof watch. It is a PADI certified watch. It means, it is full adequate for water sports, including air scuba dive (maybe you can use it for mixed gases scuba, but it is possible to damage it).I would prefer a little lighter blue face's color (in the pictures it seems to be not as dark as it is) but it is not a real problem for me. The "Pepsi colors" are only for the bezel (which rotates counter-clock direction in 1/2 minutes steps). The face's color ain't blue Pepsi. It has a bracelet extension for wear it over the neoprene suit sleeve, which is very easy to release. My wrist is 7 1/2" (18 cm) and I must remove 2 links to the bracelet, so it has enough links for big wrists. It doesn't have the most precise movement. 21,600 beats per hour (6 per second) vs the Citizen Men's NB1031-53L 28,800 (8 per Second) but I think it is good enough for an automatic. On the other hand the Citizen costs 800 bucks vs 340 of this one.Taking everything into account, this is a secure bet!

Would not keep time
It's a beautiful watch, and comfortable to wear. It came well packaged and seemed to be brand new and never worn.Unfortunately, the example I received would lose several minutes in a short time frame (less than 30 minutes). the second hand would stop and then start again after a short delay. It seems this particular example was faulty. A QC issue at the manufacturer.Seller was excellent and provided full refund very quickly with no hassle.

Quality Seiko Diver
I've owned numerous Seiko divers over the years. A few SKX's, mini turtle, STO turtle, 5divers", and the list goes on. I decided to purchase this PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) version because of the color scheme. I really liked the blue gradient dial, red bordered minute hand, and the Pepsi colored bezel. At a 45mm case diameter, one would think it would be too large a watch to wear. But in all actuality because of its cushion style case, it wears quite moderately. The movement hacks and hand winds, the dial is easily read, and of course it is also easily read at night (Seiko is well known for its lume treatment). My only wish is that I really want Seiko not to manly rely on Hardlex and switch all crystals to sapphire. A minor annoyance and only my opinion. A quality diver with professional specs at a decent price point.
