how many drinks does this tub make?

Exactly what I was going to ask lol, 1st question on here thanks. I saw 50 something grams per serving in the details so I worked out it about 8 servings in 400g (400g can÷50g serving=8 servings) but this just confirmed and would have been easier if I'd have just looked at these questions first. 😄

Yes, the pack mentions that it is gluten free.

How many drinks per can?

On the side of the can it says approximately 8 servings...

Can u use milk instead or water

Hi, thanks for your question . Ensure NutriVigor is designed to be mixed with water; it can be mixed with milk, but it’s worth noting that this will change the nutritional content and taste Let us know how you get on!
