Q: Can you switch the primary button on this mouse?

Yes, this is a Windows Setting. Go to Control Panel\Mouse and then to the Buttons tab. Select Switch primary and secondary buttons. Do note, This setting will change all mouse settings so if the user has multiple mice it will change all of them. You can always change back later if they choose to.

Q: Is this mouse compatible with Windows 10 ?

I went to the Gold Touch website and under the specifications for this mouse they list Windows 10 as being compatible. See below where I cut and pasted the specs. The Goldtouch USB Comfort Mouse features 1000 DPI optical resolution.The USB 2.0 cable length is 5'4".System Requirements:The Goldtouch Ergonomic Mouse supports Windows PC, MAC, various flavors of LINUX and UNIX without requiring 3rd party drivers. The 3 buttons support left and right click with center wheel click to activate scroll function on PC and middle click on LINUX/UNIX. 1 to 3 button support for MAC as supported by the OS version.Windows XPWindows VistaWindows 7Windows 8Windows 10Mac OS X 10.4 and laterLinux, UNIX

Unfornately, I only had this as a wired mouse.
