Our family loves this pot. It’s a perfect size for the whole family to enjoy the hot pot meal. Pretty fast to heat it up. Easy to clean. Looks good too. Overall, we’re totally satisfied.

The pot came in good condition… the handle on the lid was upside down for shipping but just need a Philips head screwdriver to fix that. With both sides full (4 quarts total) it took a little less than 20 min to reach a rolling boil with the lid on. It can maintain a gentle boil with the lid off on the highest setting. just be careful as the sides do get hot.Cleanup isn’t bad… the spout makes emptying it easy, but ya may need to use some elbow grease to get the corners near the divider.

I purchased two of these and used them twice. They are easy to use, clean and control the temperature. One of the handles broke off after two uses so I contacted the seller. They are replacing it with a new one since they believe it happened during shipping. They were quick to respond and was willing to replace the broken one.

This Hotpot heats quickly, although the first time it took a while. Searched many hotpot reviews and landed here as it has a cool, modern design, easy to clean and little to no leakage into between divider.

Edit: the seller did respond and is resolving the issue for meHandle was broken on one side. Reached out to their support and received no response.Controls aren't clear on the temperature, just 1-5. But for fondue/hotpot it worked great.There's some spots that are harder to clean, the meeting points of the divider and the wall doesn't leave you much room to work with.

I'd recommend going with a cast iron + induction cooktop type of hot pot. However, if you're on a budget or want a single all-in-one device this is definitely a great choice. It's sturdy and large. The only thing with these all-in-one hot pots is that they can be a bit difficult to clean.

I’m puzzled how this item passed the manufacturer’s quality control and Amazon’s checks. The pot’s handle broke off simply as I was cleaning it. I was merely lifting the empty pot by one handle when it just came apart.Numerous reviews report the very same issue. Keep in mind, this product is intended for hot pot cooking. Imagine if I were transporting a pot full of hot soup and the handle broke; I could very well find myself in the emergency room.Using this product poses a significant safety risk.
