While it worked great, everything was hard-wired & clumsy to operate & move around. It quit working last week, causing me to have to get another one. Unfortunately, these things cost well > $100. And so, I put my own together!While my new system is also hard-wired, & uses both USB & A/C power, it sounds just as great (if not better) than the previous system, & is definitely easier to setup!Be aware that connecting these two separate speaker systems together DOES take some technical skills. They both use 3.5mm stereo jacks to plug into your PC sound port(s). I have a motherboard that gives me a total of 6 sound inputs, but I also use a battery-powered amp, so I’m forced to use only one if I want to amp both sets of speakers.In order to do this, you need to have or buy a stereo splitter (1-to-2 connections). That way, you connect the amp to the PC, & the splitter & 2 speaker systems to the amp! Last, you need USB & 3.5mm stereo extension cords in order to place the speakers into a surround-sound configuration.Thus, I was able to replace an old system with 6 speakers into a new one that’s easier to use & setup, & only needs 4 to produce the same-quality sound!P.S.: of course, if you have > 1 sound input on your PC, or don’t want / need to use an amp, then you can get away w/out getting the splitter (or an amp for that matter).Hope this helps, & thanks for taking the time to read all of this! The sound is sufficient - neighbors from three floors higher sometimes come and ask to make the music quieter.Everything works fine so far. I hope this will continue.Not happy with the fact that the light inside the speaker does Not change color !? Therefore, minus one star.

what else you can expect from a computer speaker, Very Loud, Good Base, Good Price. my kids love them, so they can play computer games, and listen to music.

Good speakers but at only 6 watts I should have gotten more powerful speakers. My bad.
