I lost them right away but now I use binder clips and they work better. I like the frame, I even like the bags (and the fact that they can be washed was a big deal to me) but they kind of messily hang on the frame in real life (not like it is shown in the picture). I am happy that this is located in my closet because if I had it out in my bedroom where people could see it, I would have returned it.

i like tahat the bags rest on the floor. the base structure is mid weight but sturdy, it does not wobble. the cilps that hold the bags in place are plastic, so i'm not sure how those would hold up over time if you are removing the bags to do laundry. i like that you can adjust how large the openings are for each bag because you put the clips where you want them. this allows me to have a larger openings for darks which generally include jeans and pants and a smaller opening for whites.

the one they sent me came with velcro bags... it seems to be holding up well. The picture is misleading in that the bags do not hang square either I'm doing it wrong or they have square laundry! also they don't touch the floor and I can only fit one load of wash in each bag and i washed them once and i feel like they shrank a little... I don't know if i would buy again.

Much cheaper looking then I thought for the price of the hamper the frame is very flimsy but it does its job

It works. I mean, yeah ... it'll hold your laundry. But it's ugly as sin. The bag clips are an enormous pain in the ass, too. I really regret spending that much money on this. I really should have learned my lesson about buying this sort of no-name crap off of Amazon by now. I think this time the lesson will stick.I'm so disappointed in myself.

Great product. Looks nice enough to sit in our bedroom (most sorters look like they should be hidden in the laundry room). Has a large capacity, the bags are removable and washable (so no more funky laundry smells) and the frame is supper sturdy!

the top of the basket is the same as the picture. the bottom is not is shows that each bag is sewn and has four corners it does not is has two which sticks out really ugly, the fabric is really cheap too, very disappointed with the purchase
