The Big Book of Favourite Irish Myths and Legends

This is a lovely, beautifully illustrated book. My grandchildren love reading the stories, which are short and illustrated so well. The Irish names are a bit of a sticker, but we're having fun pronouncing them! (Lots of giggles!)

Nice, i was expecting small book, but it size is much better allpages nice and colorfull.

My daughters and I love the quick little myths and fairy tales. A nice switch from the same fairy tales you hear everyday

Loved it!

I wasn't particularly fond of the story-telling/writing. Nor of the illustrations. But, others may well enjoy it. I've included a few pages from the story "The Children of Lir" for reference. This book includes a glossary with pronunciations, which is helpful.
