This board is very light. It has very specific sizes on it. Has the measurement for the size of the bracelet you’re looking to make. It even has a couple more rows that you can plan on additional bracelets that you wanna make. I like it because the beads don’t roll around and that’s really nice. Definitely worth it!

I purchased this for crafting beaded bracelets and it has worked out perfectly! I appreciate that a cover is included in case you have to step away or move your project before completion. I like this so much I came back for another board from Beadsmith for larger pieces too! I love these boards for crafting!

This is a really nice sized board for portability and gives you just enough space to have a few good projects setup on this board at once. I primarily use (as pictured) 6mm and 8mm sized beads which fit great in the grooves and still allow me to securely snap the cover on top for travel or safe keeping if need be which is a big plus. I did take 1 star off, simply for the fact that the item I did receive is definitely not the item pictured in the sales ad. I purchased for that specific layout, having the measurements in between bead grooves and have 4 large sections for beads instead of 4 small ones and a large center... can definitely make it awkward having all the tiny little sections, instead of the nicer large ones. But this is awesome for bracelets, and nice to finally have something to see color patterns and lengths straightforward in an easy little travel case. Sturdy, well made, and secure. It was a great buy and a useful tool!

I mostly use this for crafting spirit pins, I easily setup words and designs for the pins for quick adherence. No more misspelled words with this tool.

Just starting out beading and I'm happy with this board. It's nice to have the option to take on the go since it has a cover. There's room enough to design a few bracelets or necklaces and some small storage spaces. It's sturdy and has measurements in cms and inches. Good price.

These boards are fantastic! Work on your project then put the lid on for safe keeping. Everything stays put. Not really good for larger beads such as 10mm and up. The board is great for creating with larger beads like 10mm and up however you can't really get the lid to stay down with those as far as transporting or traveling with the board.

♦ Function This lidded beading board has been a game changer for me. Prior to this purchase, I regularly had to put away all my beads if I didn't have time to complete a project. Furthermore, having a beading board allows you to experiment with designs without needing to string and unstring, ultimately saving significant time. The lid is very secure despite being made of flimsier plastic than I would have liked. The board is compact while still providing sufficient space to work. I like that it has large recessed sections that allow me to sort all the beads before planning a design. ♢ Conclusion I think an item like this is an indispensable asset for anyone interested in jewelry making. Nevertheless, at $25, I admit it's a bit more costly than I would have liked. If you can find it on sale for closer to $20, I'd have no trouble recommending it. However, if not, it's important to weigh your presumed use of this product against the cost. If you'll be using it often as I do, then it's a worthwhile purchase regardless of the price.
