Has this had a really great flavor, I take it straight from the dropper. I’m using it to try and lower my blood sugar. Not sure if it’s working yet but it can’t hurt to try!

So the cinnamon is not strong / spicy but is just right for vanilla shakes, or or juice bottles.

I ordered this to add some flavor to my coffee and teas but unfortunately you can't taste any cinnamon 😕 It does taste great when squirting it in your mouth lol
