Perfect product for planting a small orchard!
This is easy to apply, supports the young trunks of small trees, adds protection for searing sun, excess moisture, and strong winds. The little orchard is thriving despite strong weather shifts!

Pros and cons versus paint
First time that I have ever had to use a product like this. It was easy to use and there was no mess but two rolls were only enough to wrap 3 very small citrus trees. When I ran out of the wrap I went to the big box diy store and bought a gallon of tree paint and painted my two remaining small trees. I might have used a quart but probably less. Paint was messier but that has a lot to do with the operator. No real cleanup since I used a throw-away brush. I have no idea which method will work the best in protecting the trunks from sunburn. Right now my recommendation would be to use paint

Keeps the deer from eating my aspen
I use this wrap in the winter to keep the deer from munching on the bark of my aspen trees. It works well for this purpose.

My little trees love this stuff!
I am basically dumb when it comes to landscaping but I always try to keep my yard nice.I LOVE this stuff! In hotass South Texas, small trees bark will burn off!! This stuff is quite cheap and when the trunks of my little trees were protected there are leaves and blooms everywhere!

Strenght
The product did not hold up very well in a rainstorm, and with a little wind. It came off rather easily. Next I ordered the spray on type bark protector, and it worked perfectly. The paper wrap was not good in the rain or the wind.
