how much weight can it withstand?

The board can hold a great deal of weight. The person that it was bought for weights about 260 pounds and his buddy has one as well and he was over 300 pounds. I dont know the exact max weight.

Not sure, but there is a slight curve to the deck, nice board for the price

Is this board a drop through? Aka where it dips lower towards the ground towards the middle!

No. That is a drop deck. A drop through is when the trucks rise through the board. Which offers a closer to ground experience and more stability. If you are just looking to cruise this board is great. If you are looking to trick or dance this isnt a good board.

Is it worth it to buy a longboard if I already have a penny board?

Bamboo long board=sweet smooth ride. It's held up well the past 2yrs. Ppl have tried to buy it from us and my 15yr old won't part with it.
