My order came promptly but I was a bit disappointed with it. The trays feel solidly built and the felt wrapping looks well done. They should last a while. However, I expected an all-wood construction but realized after re-reading the description that it's advertised as "wood-composite." I can't see what's under the felt but the baseplate looks like some type of heavy paperboard - maybe a paper/wood composite?Also I ordered trays with beige felt and these came with gray felt. It's not a big enough discrepancy for me to go through the hassle of returning them but I would have preferred the beige color.Lastly, I hesitated before placing my order because the advertised price seemed pretty steep. But they were the right size and layout for me so I took the plunge. In retrospect, after examining what I received I'd say that they're certainly better quality than the $20 trays that you can find all over Amazon but not worth the $62 I paid.

These are perfect for insertion in a drawer. They do custom sizing but I didn’t want to add to my cost. Custom sizing should be included in the cost in my opinion.

The jewelry drawer organizer is the best quality out there. The velvet material feels amazing, the tray is sturdy and worth every penny. I took it a step further and contacted the seller to see if they can customize a larger jewelry organizer tray for my master closet drawers with the same velvet material and I will be receiving 2 large customized jewelry organizer tray.

I recently had the need for individual jewelry cases that can be stacked. Everything I found was cheap and described as molded plastic. Then I came across this product. Super high quality, hand made and velvet wrapped. This is what I would expect from a high end jewelry store. These can be stacked in a vault/safe or convert some of your or spouse's dresser drawers to a jewelry drawer. You won't feel bad about putting expensive watches and necklaces in these cases. Kudos to the manufacturer.

The media could not be loaded.  I am a professional organizer and have tried several organizers on the market and this one is the best. This product is practical, durable, and functional. I highly recommend this organizer. This item was very well packaged by seller and shipped fast!

Love it!

First the drawer organizers came wrapped like they were the mona lisa. They looked better than I expected - shiny gray, which was hard to tell online, which was a nice touch. More expensive looking than I expected. Highly recommended for a jewelry drawer.
