My review for this item might not include personal experience because I'm really not able to mop my floors. We have a home health aide for Hubby who takes care of the floors in the main living area, hallway, and his bedroom, so she is the primary user. She raves about the functionality of the bucket, how it keeps clean and dirty water separate from one another, so the floor is always in contact with clean water and solution. I love that the mop heads come off and are machine washable. We have an awful, dark laminate floor that shows every speck of dirt and dust, so having a mop that is easy to use, quick to set up and clean up is essential, not only to the cleanliness of our home, but also his health.We look forward to many years of use with this handy mop. i really struggled whether or not to purchase this item. i have wooden floors not laminate. so i was worried with it not being a completely smooth surface. my concerns were valid. this mop is best suited for smooth surfaces. it is not a very substantial mop. but i’m used to the ones ya gotta wring out like grandma used. however i did love the spin out versus the wringing. i also loved the clean rinse feature. it didn’t feel like it held much water but with the material the mop is made of it wasn’t necessary. it is made of quality material and seems quite durable. it is also super easy to use. the handle worries me putting any pressure on it.. because it is the twist tight in three places. makes it not feel as sturdy. overall i think the system made my floors more clean on a first pass where as i had to change water before. so if you are on the fence i would get it. price does seem high but does offer features that will save your back and time! if we gotta do it we might as well make it as enjoyable as possible! remember ladies.. the bucket may not be worth the price.. but you are!

I am surprised and happy with what a difference this mopping system is making in the cleanliness of our floors. The results are noticeable from the very first use. The two reservoir system of the bucket really does reduce the amount of dirty water you're spreading around during mopping, and the spinner mechanism helps minimize using a too wet mop without getting your hands dirty at all. The result is an obviously cleaner and shinier floor. Definitely worth the purchase!A little more info... Our home has all hardwood floors (except for tile in the bathrooms). We'd been using a popular mop pad system with its own spray cleaner. It was convenient, but over time we noticed our floors were looking more and more dull. And when we spot-cleaned spills we were shocked at the dirt build up. We came to the conclusion that we needed to go back to more conventional mopping, but wanted something handsfree and that minimized just spreading around dirty water. Mission accomplished! A friend has the O'Cedar regular spin mop and loves it, but we really like that this version has two separate reservoirs. We're using this mop system with a tiny bit of a hardwood cleaner added to the reservoir and the results are striking. Do we enjoy mopping? No! But do we like the results we're seeing? YES!

This can truly achieve cleaning the floor using clean water only. When you pull the tab and let water into the clean side, it's designed to have only enough clean water in for the round. A great design! The tab can prevent the dirty water going to the clean water reservoir. I had the old design of this product as well where you will only be able to use the water in the bucket for cleaning. In the old design, the water in the bucket will be dirty after you rinse the mop in it. If cleaning the floor using clean water is important to you, then this is IT. While the bucket might smaller than the old design, but it is lighter so filling the container is rather easy.
