I love these crackers and they're getting harder to find in local grocery stores. The price is a outrageous though. I did come across them in one of our stores and the price per box was less than half what's being charged here.

Love these so much BUT at this price if 7.00 per box I cannot reorder. These used to be available in many grocery stores. But no more. So sorry because they are my favorite cracker.

These are my favorite crackers in the world. Their only drawback is, they are very hard to find around here.

Some reasons turn out to be good, and some turn out to be not so good. Changing public tastes, cost of ingredients, availability of ingredients, someone's bright idea, changing manufacturing equipment and procedures, etc., all play a part in the final product. My best suggestion to the manufacturers, is to find the best-selling recipe and stick to it, regardless of cost. Lock away that recipe for future reference, just in case in the future, someone in the factory gets a bright idea that doesn't work out with the customers.This particular recipe worked out pretty well for me, except for the high amount of salt used. Anyone on a low salt diet, may want to eat less of these crackers than the suggested serving of twenty-one crackers. Processed foods in general use far too much salt and sugar than is good for us. This product does not contain sugar, but the salt content is high.
