DOES NOT COME WITH THE SEAT ALTHOUGH SHOWN
My plumber is here already installing, so it is too late to return, but when he opened the boxes we discovered there is no seat. The photo shows a seat, and I saw no notice that a seat is not included. What good is it without a seat? Now I have to go buy one. I would like to get some credit for that please!

Best toilet I've ever purchased
I didn't buy this toilet on amazon, but we've been so impressed I wanted to review it here because it's easy vs google etc. This toilet lushes cleanly every time and easy to clean. When we first bought it the tank had trouble filling. I tinkered with it, but couldn't fix it. Called American standard and they shipped a spare parts kit for free since we had just purchased. While the kit was on the way I tried one more time and noticed something stupid I did, fixed it and has been working ever since. Now we have a spare parts kit too as no matter what you'll need spare parts someday regardless of brand. I'm writing this review because not only do we love this toilet, but I was equally impressed by the prompt timely and quality service. Highly recommend. As a side note, this happens nearly every time we buy from an American company.

Excellent and simple
Bought this locally for 200. Height is standard. Flush is quiet and strong. Nice simple design. Took me about 30 minutes to install once i figured out how to get old toilet up. Easier than installing a a new "flap and valve" because that was already installed in this one. But the plastic screws for the toilet top were weak and 1 broke off the head. You need to get them tight or the lid will slide around so those two screws are a bad design. I used the screws from the old toilet.
