Pelican Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Phone Case (Black/Gray)

I took a gamble the first time I bought one. It really doesn't look like it can protect much of anything.. but I've dropped my phone many times since then and I've yet to damage the screen. Somehow it's design prevents what would normally be catastrophic damage to your phone. My only discrepancy is that the hole for the usb connection is not always centered with every case. My first one was perfect. After about 2 years the structural integrity of the case was compromised when one of the corners came apart after a fall. The second one lasted for about a year: the rubber portion of the usb slot broke due to the stress caused by the port on the phone and the slot on the case being misaligned. Still, it gets the job done. That's why I keep buying them.

Solid case. Had to send the 1st on back because the cutout for the sun was not centered correctly. 2nd case was a llttle better, the sun plugs fit a little better now.. I'm a UAG fan all the way but thought I would give Pelican a try since I'm familiar with their gun cases. Case feel great in hand. Case fits very tight. Does not provide as much of a lip when phone is face down, but there is still a gap.Case would be 5 stars of usb was centeredAlso will charge on wireless.

Got my case today. I like the feel and the fit of the case. The only negative that I have right now is that the buttons are a little stiff. I think they might loosen up a little bit after use. Also this case will not protect your screen. It's a minimal case and everyone considering buying should understand that. If you want a case that will also protect the screen look at an otterbox. Once I get my new work phone I will be buying one of these cases for that one to.

Nice case for the price. Fits securely and does not interfere with the magentic mount I use. Two issues though. 1. The rubber bit on the back has been slowly coming out of the groove. I've had to apply super glue to repair it. 2. the cut out for the usb connection is a little small only the smallest of my cables can be attached without deforming the cut out

I love the Pelican name! They give a great look to phone cases. This case is minimal and anyone looking to buy this should realize this. It is not made for ultimate drop protection. Although,it is pretty rugged for what it is. The big warning is that the screen is pretty vulnerable with this case. But, it is build to be a minimal case that offers fair protection against scratches and small drops. Very well done for the protection that it offers.

Ive had several of these. Theyre a good comprimize, decent protection but not bulky. Eventually the different pieces will start to separate and it will gradually fall apart then you spend another 10 bucks.

I've had my Samsung Galaxy S7 since June of 2016, have dropped it many times, and this case has protected it. I haven't had a cracked screen, chip or anything. I am just using a clear stick on cover for the front, no real protection from anything but scratches so this case is what is doing the job. I had one for a year and decided to change colors and bought this identical case. Highly recommend!

Works good I bought it for my girlfriend and she’s rough on her phone and it seems to work well
