I have IBS, and I no longer have to take Miralax for constipation. That's a big plus to me. I also take Magnesium Citrate and magnesium glycinate.Yes, it does have an expiration date. 100% herbal formulations normally last approximately 2 years, and longer than this they to lose their potency. Any natural product doesn't have extended shelf life like man-made products.

I got this for my parents a while back to help them regulate their digestive system, They where both very happy with the results. Some time later, they ran out and never told me about it., so they tried looking for other products and different diets with no results as good as this. They are proud parents and don't like asking for help but they finally caved in and asked me to get them more.So now I regularly buy this for them and they are both happy that they no longer have to worry about what they eat.

I ordered this for my mother because it was something she had been interested in. We've ordered it twice now and what we are receiving is not what is shown in the photo. The ingredients are different. We are trying to order the one in the photo with the beat root in it and that is not what we're getting... not very happy about that. Especially since we've tried ordering it twice now and keep getting the same thing. Will be returning all four bottles.
