Great replacement laptop
I needed to replace my aging Dell Inspiron laptop with something more up to date. Short list another Dell, Microsoft Surface or Mac Book. My son who works in IT support recomended The Surface 4. Looks good has great speed and long battery life. Lovely to use. A great lightweight replacement for most ordinary users.

Excellent Laptop
This laptop is great, the alcantara in my opinion is a great material for a laptop, the keyboard is best in class and the battery life is amazing although second to the M1 Mac it also doesn't live to the 19 hours as stated by Microsoft but still is fantastic for a Windows device, it now also supports windows 11.

Everything I needed
Nice, light weight and powerful (for what I need, possibly not for the serious gamer) battery is really good and the touch screen handy, although I’ve struggled slightly as you can’t fold it down flat to write on. Can’t fault the laptop, happy with the purchase

Not durable enough for business use
I loved this laptop for 18 months and then I started having issues with the trackpad. It moves the cursor around, but to click requires brute force as opposed to the lovely fine response it had when I first bought it. I then bought an external mouse and that worked fine. Next to go was the spacebar. Unless you click in the middle, it does not work - so I constantly find myself going back over text to separate words. It is a nuisance. Lovely laptop with great features to start with, but it does not have the hardware to endure for constant business use. Buy something tough like a HP.

Good but not the best
You would expect a device (we assume is) built by the same company that makes the software would deliver superior results. (true for some manufacturers) but for this device it appears to struggle in a few areas. In my opinion, the OS doesn't fully recognise the hardware and certain aspects act as if trying to run a device designed for win XP (it lags and hiccups)The touch screen is nice, if you want that but if you prefer to indulge in this you would be better seeking a table rather than a laptop. This could never replace my main (and much older) PC.I frequently use an older lower-spec D€LL desktop and it is far superior to this laptop. This unit often hangs as if the OS is lacking somewhere, which doesn't make sense as win 10 is win 10 wherever you use it so points to the hardware not being up to it. Was quite expensive compared to competitors or alternative brands and didn't meet expectations. Will look elsewhere for my next laptop.the device tells me it is ready to run win 11 but better the devil you know. Couldn't handle the thought of this being any worse than it already is. I can tolerate the quirks for the time being only as my second device.Summary- great 90% of the time but the other 10% not unlike riding a bronco saddled with vista. Lets hope i can keep it tame rather than it throw me off....

Great laptop - only negative comment is that the casing has sharp edging
Great laptop - will last me years. The only negative comment is that the case edge finishes off in quite sharp edging which gets uncomfortable when you rest your hands on it whilst typing. I don't know why they don't just round this off slightly. Otherwise all good - amazing battery life and the Win 11 upgrade for nothing is great offer too. Would of been 5 star if not for the sharp edges.

Quality laptop for those that want/are comfortable with the Windows OS
The laptop is light, portable and lovely to type on. Processor is fast and have not (yet) found any delays incurred. Some small niggles, the screen is quite reflective which catches the sun at certain points during the day, also the webcam is not really up to the standard I would expect.
