Eden Tekka, 2.8 oz, Miso Condiment

I am still not sure how to use this condiment, but for some reason it makes my soups taste amazing.Also, this tiny jar will last a very long time. You don't need much to get a lot of flavour.Good stuff.

this is a great condiment for health conscious individuals. Sprinkle on rice, cooked veggies, and be creative-- ad it to oatmeal and other health food products. Tekka used to be easy to find in you local Health Food Store but that's a rarity now. Great that it's available online! Very very tasty!

Tekka is the name for a certain miso-condiment that consists of a number of root vegetables which have been stir-fried and boiled to a concentrated powder. This is a staple of the Macrobiotic diet. The health benefits are numerous. This is worth the cost. You sprinkle only a little on your food. The jar lasts a long time.

Bought because home made takes sooooo long to make. Good aroma and taste and right level of bitterness. Four stars because it is a little too dry for my taste.

I use tamari on my popcorn and tried this instead. I found it to be sort of like dehydrated tamari. A little messy to sprinkle but has enough moisture in it to make you need to use your finger to break up the crumble. Once added it added a salty nutty flavor that I found good!

Tried a little of this in my ramen noodles instead of the little packet. Good flavor no chemicals! Cant wait to try it in other dishes

I have used tekka for many years. This is a great product. It has an earthy taste. It is a great topper for oatmeal as a slightly salty condiment.The product arrived quickly.Health food stores are having trouble ordering this product thru their distributors. Thankfully, it is easily obtained thru Amazon!
