If you are a fitness nut you will be conscious not about what you intake but also how good you digest it. This spirulina is like a hack - it normalizes your digestive system and also works as anti inflammatory for your stomach. I add it to my morning protein shake, just one spoon is enough - it does not affect the taste too much and also has about 3 grams of protein in it. Overall you will start feeling the difference pretty soon. Like with most supplements the taste is something you will just have to get used to. Personally it reminds me of a seaweed taste more than anything else so I am fine with it. Its organic, its certified, reasonably priced.Train hard!

Good organic sprilulina, jar has a measuring scoop inside as well
I am very specific about my supplement stack. Was looking for a good source of spirulina for a while. This one fits the bill - it is high grade, fine grained, which is good for mixing up in your shakes or oatmeal. As I already mentioned the jar has a measuring scoop inside which is nice, so you don't have to double guess if you put too much or not. I like that it comes in a plastic jar and not in a bag, which is much easier and safer to use, since I bring it to my work and back. Most definitely recommend!

A smart addition to your diet
A smart addition to your diet. An energizing, "healthy" plant based powder... so wonderful for you! Rich dark green color, great in smoothies, juices or plain water! No chalky taste, no aftertaste! Just clean and fresh! Only tasted the fruit n veggies in the smoothie. A must try, you will not be disappointed!

Great Product
I've been using this for a few days. So far so good. I mix it with Chlorophyll and Chlorella in the mornings with Rocky Mountain Spring Water (filtered from all including fluoride). I like the consistency and the taste mixed with the other is do-able. Kind of reminds me of a barn...lol. Hay smell. I would recommend this product for someone looking to be healthy!

First, let me mention that with the quality of our soil and all the preservatives that they put in our food right now, you have to be crazy NOT to supplement it. This is one of the reasons that we are, as a nation getting more overweight/obese - nutrition count in food is so low, that our brain tells us - we need to eat more.You have to develop your own stack of what to eat and when. I start my day with Spirulina, to get the protein kick and get all the nutrients - you can blend it into your morning shake or just mix it up with egg whites.This particular one from Recovita is nice, as it is not as overpowering like other brands out there. Love that it comes in the jar, and has a measuring scoop included, however I like to just add a table spoon full. Can't recommend it enough - its certified organic, raw and non-gmo.

Big Jar - will last me a while!
It came in a LARGE size container that will sure last me for more than a month. Adding spirulina in your diet is a must in our polluted environment - I made a conscious decision to, at least. You do not do it for added flavor, that's for sure. But health benefits are overshadowing specific taste that it has. Take care of your body and it will take care of you :)

I love this product
I love this product!!! I add it into my smoothie most mornings and I feel so great!!! I like the fact that it doesn't actually have a taste so I can put it into my smoothies and not even know its there.. I can physically feel the difference.. I have more energy when I work out and I sleep better too!
