I’m 6’5 even at full length the “waist band” barely touches the top of my navel. As far as visibility it can’t be beat, even though it feels short on me it secures well and doesn’t move while running or biking.

My husband loves this "vest"! Ensures he's clearly visible from all sides while walking daily in our neighborhood, especially at dusk. It's easy to put on and take off, and it fits well over a bulky coat or a T-shirt. Comfortable and very adjustable for length and width. Very happy with this purchase!

Not functional for running.
It definitely makes you visible. However it does not stay in place when I'm running it just tends to flop around. So not very functional.
