exactly as described, not overly bright and the build quality is stellar for the price.
really good material item, almost identical size as original 1157 bulbs which is a problem i see with most LED products that i buy, they are usually bigger than the glass counterparts but these are on point. great color, only white output, no blue hue to them at all. good price for a well made product.

Works fine for me
I just installed these in my 55 Willys that was converted to 12vdc and used the old can type flasher. These bulbs worked just fine. No hyper flashing. Works just like the the old set of bulbs and are quite a bit brighter. Pretty happy with the results.

50/50 order.
Of the two bulbs I ordered, only one of them worked properly. The application was for a motorcycle tail/brake lamp so I only needed one anyways, but I wanted a spare. The one that doesn't work only flashes for a quick second and never stays lit. The other works as designed. Very bright light however...almost too bright for a tail lamp.

Running light is to bright
Yes they are very bright however l found that there is very little difference between the brake light “full lumens” and the running light. The difference is almost in-noticeable.Daytime driving would be fine but at night it would be difficult for drivers behind you to tell when you apply your brakes.Due to this issue I have chose not to use them.

Worked great, FAR brighter than the old bulbs
Worked great, FAR brighter than the old bulbs. I used this in an 2003 Jeep Wrangler for tail-light/turn signals. Had to replace the turn signal flasher relay because of fast-flashing. Fast-flashing is a common issue when replacing incandescent bulbs with LED's, not an issue specific to these LED's.

#1157 doesn't light up in low mode, so no tail light
I ordered two 2-pack #1157 bulbs for my 2006 Kawasaki EX-500. The low-mode (tail light, running lights) was off; they came on bright in high mode when I hit the brakes. They need to be on (dim) and on (bright). The original #1157 bulb is a dual-filament, running one or both filaments.

Very Nice & Bright
They are very bright and fit nicely, the only problem is that the low side is just about as bright as the high side. There is very little difference. I hope to have this problem fixed by simply dropping the low sides voltage. Other than that, they are great.

Not all LEDs are equal
I bought these to increase the visibility of my Harley - WOW They are a major improvement. Not all Led Directional, tail and Brake lights are equal. The Bulbeats LEDs are properly described, illustrated and well worth the few extra dollars they cost over the others I chose before.800 lumens is an increase in visibility that make them well worth the trouble to replace old bulbs. The rear directionals on the Bulbeats 800 Lumens 2pcs 54-BX Chipsets 1157 2057 2357 7528 1016 1334 BAY15D LED Bulbs with Projector Interior RV Camper Brake tail light Xenon White 6000KRoad King are 1156. I just ordered these with confidence.
