I gave this to my teenage daughter whose been having sever menstrual cramps every month. She started taking this a week before her menstrual period comes. I started her with 2 capsules 3x a day, then 4 capsules 3x a day first day of her period until it stops. It seems to help her. She did not complain about painful cramps this month. I have been taking this formula along with Women's Harmony and the combo is great. I start taking this formula a couple of days before my period starts and while I'm bleeding, where as the Women's Harmony I take throughout my whole cycle. This really helps to cut down on cramping! I'd say my pain has gone from a level 8 down to a level 1.It also feels like my period is shorter when I take it, less starting and stopping. Sorry if that is TMI but if you are a woman I think that is helpful information! This product works!

I've used several acupuncture herbs for menstrual pain and most give me headaches after 4days of use. This one doesn't . You have to take a few hours before the pain is to start before its effective and be consistent. On my heavy days I had to take 200mg of ibuprofen along with this.

My doctor was putting me back on BC because of how bad my cramps had gotten. I was desperate to try something natural and found this. It really works! I don’t take as many pills as they say, I found that 3 3x a day works for me and even then sometimes I only do it 2x a day. The real trick is starting it 3-4 days before you are due for your period. My tracker was off one time and I felt the difference. This has saved me from laying in the fetal position, taking off work and being miserable!

I really like this product! I had really irregular cycles, which led me to have bad cramps and heavy bleeding. But, I'm excited to add in Women's Relief to my regime to help manage these symptoms. Also, the dosage may seem like a lot, but the pills are a good size that makes it easy enough to take.

This product really didn’t help with my menstrual cramps but I took it a week before and once my menstrual cycle arrived I noticed no heavy bleeding or clots that I usually have! I will be taking the women’s harmony once my cycle ends.
