Jury still out…
It’s not worked for me yet but I’ll persevere a little longer. Going to buy some aloe vera gel to compare. It’s a quarter of the price and I suspect it may be the same stuff. Maybe it’ll be better. Imagine that!

Rubbish
It doesn't work, the website is as useful as a chocolate fireguard and it's expensive

Gel sealer
This CPAP gel is very expensive, however, it does work but not all night. Maybe, I'm not putting enough on.

Just tried this for the first time ...
I've used Silent Night's mask liners for a number of years to stop the awful leakage from my bi-pap mask as I'm on a tremendously high pressure (26). Although the liners do a reasonably good job, I've been seeking an alternative due to my face getting so dry and causing very deep (and permanent) facial lines which are very unsightly and ageing! I was excited about using this gel when I found it, figuring that the moisture from the gel would ease my problems. When I first applied the gel around the perimeter of the mask and switched my machine on, air escaped the it made a fair amount of noise, but this died down after a few minutes - presumably as a "seal" was created. After moving the mask round a little, I got the escaping air down to a minimum and had no problem getting to sleep. I've now been using the gel for a week and will continue to do so. My lines appear to be a little better, which is an added advantage. It does seem very unfair that CPAP products are so expensive though - this gel is no exception, though I've no idea yet how long it will last.

Could probably use aloe instead
I did not end up using this long term. Once I read the ingredients closely I realized I could have just used some Aloe Vera which is cheaper and free if you have an Aloe Vera plant! This did help me somewhat as I adjusted to my new CPAP mask. I have a nose and mouth mask that was irritating my face to the point it was red and peeling. That’s why I got this gel.But the gel seemed to dry up overnight, which was fine for the most part since I generally just wanted to fall asleep then was ok.Once my face got used to the mask and I figured out the best level of tightness, I didn’t need this gel at all. Especially if your face is already oily like mine, you may not need this.I would just recommend if you start using a new mask or cpap for the first time, try different things to see what will work best for you. I had so many problems in the beginning that over time I figured out the best way to handle. Before buying this product, maybe try some aloe instead.

worth it cost...
Having a bipap was a challenge to learn to sleep with... having it leak was horrible! this gel really does help seal it against your face, making this a lot more comfortable and easy to adjust. A must if you have a cpap or bipap!

Didn't work for me
It did nothing for me. It actually made the mask a lot less comfortable by adding a layer of wet/cold to the mask. It didn't help stop leaks whether my mask was tight, loose, or in between. I might as well have used aloe Vera gel straight. Might work for other people, but it didn't do anything for me.

but after about 2 hrs I felt like air was leaking through
It worked right away, but after about 2 hrs I felt like air was leaking through, kind of like a balloon slowly deflating! If it worked longer I would love it!
