The seller is responsive - they gave me wrong tracking numbers twice but managed to get to straighten the issue. At the end furniture arrived within promised time frame and without any damage. Assembly instructions cannot be clearer, spare parts would be enough for additional set (btw. they are clearly labeled so no confusion). Said that assembly is not for someone with arthritis.... Furniture looks great when assembled. I purchase the version with blue cushions and the color looks better than in the pictures.Few weeks later, the rain cover looks cute but is not waterproof, neither are cushion covers When wet one of the sides released brown dye and stained the cushion. It is minor, barely visible and easy to cover but .... It was removed after washing but I did not expect to wash every rain.I expected more and would ship it back if not for the hassle of disassembly, finding packaging (I did not keep original) and arranging for pickup.I would recommend the set to anyone who can keep it away from outside (rain) or who is willing to spend additional $$$ for working cover.

We have this set up on our patio for 2 weeks. We have enjoyed sitting on it & it seems very comfortable. I ordered the blue cushions & I was a bit nervous what the real color would be. I was pleasantly surprised. It turned out to be a light denim. The only complaint is my husband was not too happy with all of the pieces to put together & he thought the assembly instructions could be better. . But he did it & we are very happy with how it looks on the patio.

This setup is just what we were looking for. Did a little online sleuthing and Amazon had the best price. Ordered in gray and arrived almost 2 weeks early. The chairs came in one box and the sofa/ottomans came in a 2nd box. The chairs were more difficult to assemble than the sofa & ottomans, but not ridiculously hard. Instructions were easy enough to decipher. Pay attention to the washer sizes; the ones with larger holes are for the screw-on feet. All the holes lined up and the pieces were easy to put together with the supplied tools, especially with two people. Cushions were as expected for the price point. Once everything was assembled, I scotchguarded the cushions on all sides for good measure. Ordered Amazon Basics 3 seat deep sofa cover, chair covers and coffee table cover for the ottomans. Just need to hang the tv & we’ll be good to go.

This set was nicer than we expected, and we had high expectations. We live the color of the cushions (darker shade of off white) and the are comfy.The assembly was easy to follow but it still took almost 3 hours to put the full set together.My only concern/negative is the shipping process. Status updates were not very informational and the product was set in ready to ship for almost 2 weeks. We got the product after about 3 1/2 to 4 weeks. The delivery date changed several times, but I can’t complain because it was delivered before the end of the provided shipping window.

It looks nice and took me about 4 hours to assemble. Unfortunately one of the back pillows was missing. I’ll update this review if they get back to me about sending one.Update: after reporting the missing pillow, they sent me a new one. Took a couple of weeks, but there was no hassle.

I got the item after a long wait, with a big disappointment... I chose GRAY/GARY color they send me some kind of pinkish weird color. When I contact them, made a complaint about the wrong color. they don't care what you say, they keep saying our item is first quality...If you want to return the item, you need to pay $150 for their fault...Made with very poor quality materials. You can see huge nail head on the sides. The cushions are made with cheap fabric, not outdoor fabric. It soaks all the water with a small rain and won't dry for weeks. I have other outdoor furniture that's not getting wet with light rain... Definitely not worth the money ... now I can't use the furniture and I cannot return them... I'm stuck with the cheap pink color cushion furniture....

Positives: Now that the set is completely finished and put together, I can say I really like it and I'm glad I purchased it. The cushions are comfy and deep, and my 6'2" husband and I (along with our 2 kids) can settle in nicely. Nothing was damaged or broken, and it all lined up well enough to help with assembly. All in all, it's a really nice set that I'm proud of.Negatives: The assembly and stupid tools almost killed my finger tips. After all is said and done, it took me about 4 hours to put together myself, and the stupid Allen wrench and tiny, flimsy other wrenches were just awful on my hands. I'm exhausted!I realize this is Covid, but the shipping was kind of a mess. I ordered on July 31, with an estimated delivery window of August 19-31. It arrived on September 10. It was really annoying, and at one point Amazon said my package may have been lost, which almost gave me a heart attack. The supplier was responsive, but kept giving me false hope -- "Yours will be picked up soon, rest assured!". It took forever.

Furniture is very nice. Happy I picked it. 4 stars only because the experience of getting it was weird and annoying. Packages didnt come all at once. Customer service with my problems were handled quickly, but again, annoying. I wont go into detail with all that but furniture is actually made very well.
