I found this roaster easy to use
It works well. I find it does best with 200 grams. I operate it under an extraction fan right in my kitchen with no problems. Once done, I pour the roasted beans into a colander and take outside and gently shake to remove chaff. Easy clean up, chaff is removed from pan with damp paper towel, lid is thoroughly washed with washing up liquid to remove coffee oils. Purchase was worth it and this type works fine and is less expensive.
