Great quality
Heavy and looks great. I bought one first to see how it is and now have it installed in all three bathrooms. It was hard to find a toilet paper holder with modern look that my kids can't easily take the toilet paper out. However after inspecting the product close, the rods are not the same. See my pic, the shorter one is heavier in weight and has a quality feel to it. I bought two more afterwards and they both come with the longer rods and it's light in weight and feels cheap.

Hardware missing - 2nd time from this vendor
Item is fine HOWEVER, this is the second item I buy from these people and the second time hardware is missing. This is why I am giving only 4 stars
