As a real estate agent I haven't used these in years and need to get back to them. I do have my files online but having a folder such as this makes my job easier

I use the green folders for buyers easy to read. I tried the blue not as easy to read off of. I use the yellow folders for listing. Makes it a lot eaiser to grab and go. I am old school. I still keep hard copies. Can you guess I am a Realtor!

If used correctly this file will keep you on track. You have to get use to using it. The quality and durability are great m. Great value nit cheap at all. The thickness is perfect will definitely last for years stored away.

Used these when I first started on real estate. They were great for helping me remember what I needed for each client. I didn’t do 5 stars because for me I needed to be able to have a little bit more flexibility with inputting the data needed. From this, I didn’t create my own version. Great starter folder!
