Any reason I should be worried about it?** A: Yes! Excellent on cast iron, glass, stove top, stainless steel. I believe, possibly, they are imbedded with silica. I give them as gifts. Everyone raves about them. **Q: What are these made of? Looks like just terry cloth** A: It's not terry cloth. It might be nylon. It's hard, "scrubby" and it dries quickly. **Q: Are these biodegradable/compostable?** A: The scrub is not compostable as it has a non-toxic resin hardener on it. It is however Eco friendly due to the longevity and the base material that it is made from. They use the thread leftovers ( which would ordinarily be thrown away) from the towel industry to make them. Hope this helps. **Q: Can these be used to clean a ceramic stove top?** A: You can clean glass or ceramic with it, but BE GENTLE. If you scrub hard you can leave scratches on a metal cookie sheet. But if you use it with a light hand it won't scratch your stove. ## Frequently Bought Together - Skoy Scrub, 2-pack Reusable, Non-Scratching Dish Scrubber for Kitchen and Household Cleaning, Planet-Friendly, Dishwasher Safe Soft Scrub, Assorted Colors and Designs - Scrub Daddy Scrub Mommy Sponges - Dish Scrubber + Non-Scratch Cleaning Sponges Kitchen, Bathroom + Multi-Surface Safe - Dual-Sided Dish Sponges for Scrubbing - Online Exclusive (3 Count) - Skoy Cloth, 4-pack Versatile Swedish Dishcloths for Kitchen and Household Use, Reusable Cleaning Cloths, Planet-Friendly, Dishwasher and Dryer-Safe, Assorted Colors --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.il/products/302773174-scrub-2](https://www.desertcart.co.il/products/302773174-scrub-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Israel* *Store origin: IL* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
