Good Net & A+ Customer Service
After about an 8 year hiatus, I am attempting to get back into competitive baseball again. Without a partner to play with on a regular basis, I decided a net would be a good way to get in my practice alone. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money, so I designed frames out of cast iron pipe & pvc. However, after pricing out my material cost, it was going to be quite a bit more expensive than I thought, & it would be bulky & or heavy to set up and break down all the time.. That lead me to purchasing this net, as it seems to be priced well compared to some of the other options out there. It's a plenty big target at 7'x7', perfect for throwing into from any distance, hitting off a tee or playing soft toss. The 'bag' in the center is nice for collecting the balls as well. It's very easy to set up and take down, it only takes a few minutes each and it all fits nicely into the provided bag for transportation. The 3 weighted balls are pretty nice too. They feel like a thick rubber ball partially filled with sand. At 1 pound each, they're good for warming up and aren't too heavy. Apparently they can be used for hitting too, but I am hesitant that I'll bust one open sooner or later. Other reviews are right in that when hit, the balls give instant feedback on if you've hit it squarely or not, and they only go about 25 yards at most.I can't speak for longevity yet, as I have only had it for a couple weeks, but the netting itself feels pretty sturdy. The second day I used the net, an elastic strap that holds one of the lower corners broke after being struck by a baseball on a hop. That was pretty disappointing to say the least. That night I sent an email to Rukket asking for a replacement elastic strap because it would be very simple to replace. The next morning they replied to my email asking for a picture of the broken part & my shipping address, and they had a brand new net in the mail by that afternoon. So in conclusion, I like the net, customer service has been top notch, and Rukket seems like a stand up company. If my experience differs in the future I may come back to update this review.

Same design, better build.
I bought this a few months ago at the tail end of a spring baseball season and waited a while to write the review until I could put it through some real use.First off, I had been monitoring the price of this net along with its competitors. When the Rukket price dropped, I was ready to buy based on the reviews. When I saw this set available for the same price as the net alone previously cost, I knew it was a good deal. Since then, the net only price has come down even more. As we get closer to Little League season, I'm curious to how the price will change.I've been very happy with the net. The dimensions and design are the same as the competitor's flexible bow net. It is the little things that make the difference. The metal and coating on this one feel better than the others. There seems to be more weight to it, which helps in the wind but does make it heavier to carry, although not significantly. It feels stronger and the welds look great. It comes with stakes for wind but haven't needed them like I do with other nets. As for the netting itself, it feels thicker than other nets and I expect a long life out of it.Having the hitting balls and strike zone make this a great value. Now, it is better for pitching practice and also measuring strike and ball recognition when hitting against a pitcher (we've done this with whiffle balls). The weighted balls offer additional training and can help you determine if you want a bigger set before investing in them. You definitely know when you don't square one up. They are very durable, too.If you just want the net, it is fantastic. It is at least as good as anything else I've used and I'll say it is even better. Getting this set gives you some nice additions, too.

Awesome Sports Net
I received the Rukket sports net a couple of weeks ago and I must say it is truly a great product. I have been playing baseball for 30 years now and still continue to do so today in a league where I live. Even though I play baseball for recreation now, I still play at a high level and like to keep up with the youngsters while still being able to compete. I previously purchased a batting net from a big company name which was not sturdy and the setup was so frustrating that I never used it. I began my journey and starting researching for a practice net that was easy to set up and durable to keep up with my level of experience. I spent days researching and reviewing all types of baseball nets online. I came across the Rukket sports net and was instantly interested. I viewed online videos on how to set up this type of net and was pretty amazed that the setup time took only minutes. When my Rukket sports net arrived at my house, I didn't have to read the instructions. The set up was just like I viewed online and it took minutes. I have carpet grass in my back yard so I was surprised that the sports net never fell down as I hit into it. I kicked soccer balls into the net and again the sports net remained upright with no issues. I didn't even have to use the anchors for it. Overall, I must say I am pleased with this product. The quality is great and was more affordable than other similar models. I plan to utilize this net for a long time and with a lifetime warranty, why wouldn't you! If your in the market for a sports net, go with a Rukket brand.
