A bit disappointing that after using this chrome book for only one month the charger port has a bad connection and doesn’t charge. I understand products are made a little cheaper to make things more affordable, but this is ridiculous. No computer should be on the market if it only lasts one month from normal use.

Will not charge or power on. Though it was a glitch, kept powering down while using.

The screen just stopped working after only owning it for 5 months or less.

Main reason I like it, is the visual and sound quality for movies, ect. I bought it used, and now my keyboard numbers are not making contact, such that I have keys five and six not working. Sort of a pain, as I frequently need to add them as a number, and not a word for a number. Probably worth it to buy as new. Otherwise, love the smaller size, and great sound! Far better than my samsung!

Purchased a refurbished one, but unfortunately when it arrive the keyboard had a few keys which would not work properly.It's a shame, because the look and feel of the device is good, but never got to use it.

I'm still learning how to use it.
