I buy the large bottle and it is not carbonated. Because this is a mix for bloody marys, it should not be carbonated. Also they would need to say so on the lable.

I cannot find this product in this size in my area. It is a convenience not to have a big bottle in the refrigerator until I want to use it again. If you can find it for $16.50 for one pack, go for it.
