Product breaks very easily. Went through two in about 3 months. Works well while it lasts however. Customer service was very helpful but buying a high quality product that lasts would probably be a better investment.

Horrible and cheaply made, broke the very first time trying to use it…

Tried to set up ball pick up part and no predrilled hole to screw piece in to it! The ball retriever is fine but not why Zi bought it.

This is a very compact, easy-to-use user-friendly ball retriever. It takes up very little space in the golf bag and feels like it last.

I like that this ball retriever telescopes all the way down to a size that will fit within the bag, my previous needed to sit in a club spot which made getting that club difficult to get out.So far this is working well, and seems durable. Doesn't have the length my other one had but I also don't need to be fishing a ball out from 25 feet! If I hit that bad of a shot, the water deserves it!!!
