1 out of 3 R7Ts I ordered is flawless and amazing.
I ordered 3 so far, and only one of them is as expected: the teeth are rounded perfectly and feel butter-smooth on my scalp. The other 2 are a little bit on the sharper side and I can actually use those combs to scratch my scalp a little if I wanted to. So, this review is really for the perfect comb out of the 3. Don't get me wrong though: the other 2 are still very nice.I'm 37 years old and I have always just used those black "unbreakable" combs. The very first Kent R7T I tried is the perfect one that I'm raving about, and it was the very first time I had ever combed my hair with something other than one of those cheap black combs. I never thought I'd get excited about a comb, but that's exactly what happened. It makes those cheap black combs feel like cheap toys, as though they're just "pretend combs" for children. These Kent combs are the complete opposite of that feeling. They look better too, and the way they feel in my hands is the complete opposite of that "cheap toy comb" feeling.I bought 2 more just to make sure I have backups just in case, but the teeth on these 2 aren't quite as perfectly rounded or something. They're still pretty nice, but my first one is quite noticeably better. I want to take off 1 or 2 stars for that, but it doesn't feel right. My first R7T deserves more than just 5 stars.I guess this quality control is why the comb is barely $10. Perhaps I would need to spend a lot more if I wanted to have more consistent quality control. Either way, I took another chance and ordered 2 more R7Ts. I hope to remember to update this review when I receive them. I expect to have them in about a week or so.

This is without a doubt the best hair comb I have ever used
I am over 80 years of age so I have combed my hair many times. This is without a doubt the best hair comb I have ever used. It is extremely well made, is attractive and best of all it is smooth as it glides through my hair. Buy it , I think you will like it.

This comb may change your life (for the better).
It's almost unbelievable that such a simple and mundane product could make such a difference in one's life.I have used those typical plastic black combs all my life, with no basis for comparison. I just figured that when you combed your hair, you were supposed to feel the slight tug because that meant it was doing it's job; likewise, the scratching on my scalp was just par for the course.I bought this comb simply because I wanted an extra for travel, and it has opened my eyes to a pleasure I never knew existed! When I comb my hair with this comb, it feels as if nothing is happening, almost as if I am not combing my hair, it simply glides through like butter. I almost thought it wasn't working, but as I stared at my bewildered face in the mirror, I saw clearly that my hair was in fact being combed properly. To top it off, the rounded tips feel more like a massage to my scalp as opposed to the scratching sensation of the old comb.I will never again purchase or use one of those plastic black combs; Kent has introduced me to a luxury I will now expect in my life. It's a simple and relatively inexpensive pleasure. For reference, I have very straight hair, with a "average" thickness, meaning not too thick and not too thin either. With no product, my hair will lay flat unless it is very short. I mention this only because, I can't speak to the efficacy of this comb on other types of hair. However, I do expect that if you typically use a comb, for whatever type of hair you are combing, this comb will be an improvement over a generic plastic comb.

A quality comb! Very well made.
I never had a higher quality comb. Always had the flimsy cheap ones that come in the bottom of your trimmer kit and have the seam line from being made. I have to say I'm impressed as I didn't think it would be much different. The feel and weight of this comb is very nice. Goes through beard very smooth. (I have very thick, very curly hair). It comes in a thick plastic sleeve which presents it well also.

Who knew a fancy comb could be so different.
Purchased it skeptically because a men's magazine article said it was something a man should experience. Ok, it's weird, but they're right. This is now my favorite comb, although this is the first time I have bought a comb from anywhere but a convenience store sundries rack, (because, well, comb), and it seemed like a lot to pay for one, but for some reason my hair seems to stay in place better? Maybe that's just an illusion, but hey, try it for yourself. See if I'm nuts.

Really high quality combs. Get TWO! Never be caught without one
The second you comb your beard for the first time with these combs, you realize you were very smart and lucky to have made the purchase. These are AMAZING and they glide trough the beard hair like a hot knife through butter. I love them. They aren't pricey and the quality is so high, as they are handmade and each one of them is polished to perfection. Really recommended for any beardsman using cheap molded plastic combs, gettting static on their beard, breaking hairs and pulling them out from the tangled mess the combs leave your beard as. Do yourself a favor and get not ONE of these but TWO, one for your bathroom and one for your pocket or just as a spare. You never wanna be caught not having one of these, trust me.

A Little Expensive. But... It's nice to finally have a good quality comb!
Bought this comb to comb my hair! My hair has never looked better! Seriously... It's nice to finally have a quality comb. Would really prefer an Ace rubber comb that you could buy years ago, but Ace doesn't make them out of the same material any longer. This is a well made comb. The teeth don't scratch your scalp like most modern combs. It's a little on the spendy side, but what the heck, Had my Ace about 35 years until I lost it!!! It's just great to have a nice, comfortable comb again...

Good for bearded dudes
I'm bald and grew my first beard at 36yo during quarantine. I don't own haircare stuff beyond disposable razors and shave cream and I didn't know jack about combs. I've been using this cheap one that came with my recently purchased beard trimmer. While reading about beard maintenance online I kept coming across this Kent name. They weren't joking! My beard hair actually gets combed with this thing. It's kinda eye opening but there really is something to be said about a quality comb and I think this one lives up to the hype. I've decided that my brothers and my dad will get this as a gift next holiday season.

Elegant, pocket sized men’s comb.

Not very strong
A good comb but not ideal to carry in the pocket, it tends to get the teeth bent very easy. I have to leave mine at home and use a cheaper comb for in my pocket

It's hard to believe that this comb can really be ...
It's hard to believe that this comb can really be that different from a cheap, moulded item. But trust me, the difference is obvious and immediate. Smooth action & zero resistance all the way through my beard.

warped slightly within a couple of days
thought it would be more rigid. it might have been bent from when i received it and I didn't notice but it's annoying nonetheless.
