So versatile
Love that bother top and bottom are induction capable and that both fit the roasting rack. I use the top and the rack to roast the turkey in my convection oven, then can put the lid on the stove top to make gravy. Haven't roasted anything in the bottom yet. So far only used it to keep the turkey in the fridge for dry brining and as a stock pot for the turkey carcass.

Ideal for sourdough baking
Good size, handles are well placed. Not as heavy at Dutch ovens but does as good a job and safer, says my MIW

The perfect roaster
I’ve had a granite roaster for 40 years and I was truly happy with it because it’s deep enough for large birds. I have been using an electric roaster but wanted something for family weekend family meals. I saw this and the granite roaster went for a ride. I love stainless steel for cooking but never had everything stainless. I’m working on changing that. Then I got this magnificent roaster. It’s so deep compared to the granite ones I can fit 8# of beef roast, 5# carrots and 8# potatoes, as you can see in pic, in there to feed more than a dozen adults. Plus it’s just beautiful to look at. It is heavier than other roasters but the placement of the handles makes it easier to lift. I am just thrilled with this roaster and for what you get the price is fantastic! BUY IT!!!

Excellent, EXCELLENT !!
This is a high-quality Stainless Steel, highly polished roasting pan.At $90 it compares favorably to the $200 Viking. (At less than half the price.) They are both tri-ply construction. With riveted handles. (Tri-ply means; A layer of Aluminum is sandwiched in between 2 layers of stainless steel, for better heat distribution. The lid seals well. And there is ample room (1") beneath the rack, so your meat will not get soggy sitting in liquid. (If you turn the rack upside-down, it's a full 1.5" above the liquid.)I haven't cooked a turkey in it so I'm not sure how big a turkey it will hold. I bought it for slow cooking a Brisket of Beef. A 6 to 8 lb. brisket fits in the pan. And the rack keeps it out of the liquid. After I use it I'll add to my review. But for now, I'd say BUY IT !!
