Why baby latch is missing?
Build quality is good but baby latch is missing. Asked for a replacement so that I can get the baby latch but it is missing in replacement package also.The seller/manufacturer doesn't know about the missing part?Will wait for couple of days for responses from seller before returning.

Good quality for given price
Have installed 3 handle sets without locks in bathrooms. The design and finishing of the product is superb, also the response from seller is quick and is very helpful.

Defective Product
The media could not be loaded. Got defective product. Would have bought 3-4 more but now I won’t!!! Really disappointed and upset!!!
