I liked the price it just took to long for shipping.

Used to seal a metal garage to a concrete pad. Easy to apply and the seal is great. So far no leaks and it is standing up to over a week of 95 + degrees.

They have included a new twist on nozzle. Just wish they included a cap to put on that nozzle between uses.

I read in previous reviews that this was hard to squeeze by hand. I have a heavy duty manual gun. It was a warm sunny day when I first used it and had no problem getting an even bead. If you don't already have a $100 + power tool for application, don't bother. You wont need it in my opinion. Be patient with the dry time. It will take days to dry. I can't speak for longivity, but it was recomended specificaly by my carpenter to seal wood windows mounted on stone.

This is the best product for sealing anything outdoors. It will take a while to cure, but after it is cured it will not come out easily.

Real sticky and much harder to work with than other caulking. Took me a while to make it look nice. But worth it because it lasts a long time. I won't use anything else. Wear thin gloves. It's hard to get off your fingers and clothes. Hope this helps.

On a superior caulk. Seals great.
