Great upgrade from my Samsung Galaxy S8
The phone is in perfect condition, very little signs of any wear at all. The screen has zero scratches. It was fairly easy to set up and transfer from my S8 to the S21. I had to call my carrier to get a new SIM card for 5G, and that was the biggest issue I have dealt with. I LOVE the camera! I am a photographer and I love shooting photos of the moon and with this phone, I can easily take close-up photos of the moon and I don't have the use a tripod to get decent results. The phone has plenty of storage and responds quickly. The call quality is very good, even in a noisy room. The phone came with a charging cord and power adapter which all work well. The phone will charge with a case on it wirelessly which is a nice feature as well. I'm happy with the price I paid and the phone I received.

Looks like new
When my other phone was dying, I decided I wanted a "real camera" on my next phone. I used to be a professional photographer. This model was loved for its camera especially by a friend. But it was way too expensive for me. I don't do phone contracts and was switching to Consumer Cellular due to my age. I found this one and liked the memory and price of this phone the best. As a phone it works very well. And the phone size is bigger than I would like, but the screen needs to be big and clear for photographs. It arrived quickly which is great since my old phone was only able to text for a week before i ordered my new phone. Would buy it again! Got a case with a sliding lense cover from another seller. Tremendous zoom as you can see in Moon picture and pictures of White Sands from 45 miles away!

Awesome phone for the money
Long time Verizon customer of 15yrs. While I love the rock solid network coverage, I hate how they stick full-retail prices for existing customers who want to upgrade. This phone on Amazon is a nice in-between. I picked the "Excellent" grade and was not disappointed. Phone did not have any scratches on it, factory screen protector was in perfect shape. Setup was a breeze. For what you get out of the phone performance wise, the price is great vs Verizon sticking it to you for full retail. One additional note, nothing to do with this Amazon seller, but IF you buy a Unlocked phone that is 'technically' cable of UW on your carrier, it might not work. The phone I received SM-G998U1 (as advertised) should be 100% capable of receiving 5G UW. Instead, I can only receive 5G, but I know UW exist in my area/home as I had previous devices on it.According to Verizon, you need a minimum Software pkg (G998USQU4BUK7 / or later) which was released in Nov 2021 for Android 12. When I got the phone I did the software updates (Android 13 and UI 5.0) & also upgraded to (G998U1UEU5DVK3) which was released Dec 2022 for Android 13. So based on technical specs, the UW side of this SHOULD WORK on Verizon's network. But IT DON'T.Verizon customer svcs is finger pointing to Samsung. Samsung is finger pointing to Verizon. Meanwhile, what do I know. I'm just a customer who gets to pay for a feature that I can't use, yetThis is by no means a knock on this phone purchase or the seller. So far both of those items are 5-Star, I'm just offering my experience on what a Verizon customer might expect to face if they go this route

THE PHONE I'VE PURCHASED FROM THIS SELLER, ENDED UP BEING "STOLEN"!!!!!! ($550.00)
I purchased this phone ($550.00), enticed by the listing description as being: "UNLOCKED" and in "EXCELLENT CONDITION", soon to find out that it was NEITHER!!!I immediately had doubts and red flags out of the box because the “black” device arrived with a “white” mickey mouse charger & 3-foot cable, a screen protector from a totally different device, and some scratches.Few weeks later it wouldn’t even charge. When I contacted the seller he said to “get another charger from eBay” (?).(I purchased a black one with a 6 foot cable. See attached #3).Shortly after, I had to contact Samsung because some times it wouldn’t turn on or off no matter how hard I tried and even some apps would change places on their own, which I found pretty weird.Suddenly and for no reason at all, the phone stopped working! I couldn’t make nor receive calls and texts of any kind and an error message would read: “Phone-is-not-registered-to-a-network”. (See attached#1).It didn’t make “any” sense since I’ve been using it for a short while, so I immediately contacted my provider thinking it was their fault. They started to perform a series of tests on my phone and on their system, etc, for hours, but nobody was able to figure it out what was wrong with the device. The phone still couldn’t make calls.I also contacted Samsung who have also performed a series of tests through their system as well as on my device, back and forth, etc, but they couldn’t figure it out either. The last resource was to perform a complete “factory reset”, which I didn’t want to do, since it requires to do a complete back up, store separate data to an external drive, etc, due to the amount of data I had in the system. Not a fun task. Believe me!After COUNTLESS hours and days of several attempts of back-and-forth, the phone still was not working.I was advised by the rep to take it inside a Samsung Authorized Repair store to have it inspected, so I did.My confusion escalated when the technician said that the phone was “locked” to T-Mobile Network, which didn’t make ANY sense since it was “unlocked” when originally purchased (or so I thought...).(All inspections were done in my presence, and the device never left my hands). When I went to a local T-Mobile store I was literally “shocked”, when the representative showed me his system computer that the phone was “REPORTED STOLEN”.I took a screenshot. (See attached #2), since I literally couldn’t believe the audacity of this thieve and crook Amazon seller!!!The T-Mobile person also mentioned that this is a HUGE, new business trend at “Amazon Warehouse” with their “Refurbished” items, where sellers sell stolen or “unpaid” devices, they hold from reporting it for 2-3 months, so the buyer will use the device for a little bit and think everything is ok (like myself), and shortly after they don’t know where it came from BOOM! They soon realize the phone was “stolen”!By that time, the seller got your money, and you as the buyer are now out of your hard-earned money with a phone that is completely useless!Sellers do it to enough people and when they start getting some “heat”, they close that store and open up another one under a different name. They do this over and over. That is the “new trend”, the T-Mobil person described to me.T H I S I S C R A Z Y ! ! !This unscrupulous, crook and THIEVE of a seller sold me a “stolen” phone from the get-go.Not only do I need my money back ASAP, but this seller should be banned from Amazon altogether and go straight to jail! This is 100% against the law, no matter how you look at it.I originally needed a reliable device since I’m battling cancer and need to constantly see various doctors, treatments, tests, specialists, etc.I recently had surgery and needed the phone pretty badly due to the various doctor visits, etc, and I don’t have another one.Since I received this thing, it’s been nothing more than a complete NIGHTMARE!It’s bad enough as it is to go through the condition I’m facing on a daily basis, to add more stress, and have to deal with this CROOK & THIEVE of a seller with this stupid nonsense.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOK AND THIEVE!!!!!!

Very happy!
I was pretty apprehensive about buying a phone off Amazon, but I'm really pleased with my purchase. I've had it for about a week now and haven't had any issues. The phone is beautiful and was like new when I first opened it.

So far so good.
Bought two refurbished S21 Ultras. Was a little apprehensive of them being refurbished but received them on time, in generic packaging, and in good condition. Everything seems to be operating as they should be. If that changes I'll update this review, but so far so good.P.S.: Great camera
