Good handy roller
Recently i have started my workout so need something which relieves my muscle pain, stiffness and soreness. The Muscle Stick Elite - Rubber Massage Roller is exactly what I needed. I ordered this roller in red color. This massage roller is a total of 18 inches long with 9 inches of rolling area. The ends of the stick are made of a rubber material. . What I like is this roll very easily I can hold them into the back of my neck or the side of my back. This product relieves tension when you apply pressure to the knotted muscles. I am able to use this on many different areas such as the calves, legs, thighs, lower back, back, shoulders, arms and forearms. So this roller is easy to handle as i like its grip and its not too heavy to carry. It is bit hard which is not a bad thing for me but if you are looking for something very soft, you might not like it.Note- I received this item at free or discount in exchange for my honest review. I was not financially compensated by the seller in any way for this review nor do I have a relationship with the seller. All of my reviews are completely honest based on my personal testing. My experience with this item is entirely my own and was not influenced by the discount I received in any way.

This really helps with my Achilles pain.
I am a 50 year old jogger who puts in around 25 miles a week. I jog slow and carry some extra weight, so at times my muscles, joints, etc. take the toll. Recently, I started getting some pretty annoying Achilles pain during, and mostly after, my runs. After each run, I roll both my calves, doing the back and both sides (the upper calf), then doing it again at the bottom. I have been going through it pretty quickly, but using some decent pressure while rolling. I would probably get better results if I rolled for longer, and more intensely, but it has helped a lot. The pain doesn't go away, but it has subsided quite a bit. I think this is a great value, as with a tiny investment you can get a quick self massage. It's so small that you can bring it everywhere. I have not tried any other massage rollers, or even received a traditional massage, so I'm not comparing this to any other product or treatment, but this has helped me.

Great massage stick
I have a larger stick that my chiropractor recommended. It had smooth rings. When I was thinking of getting a shorter one to take on trips, I found this one. I thought it would be cool to have nubby rings, the size looked to be quite convenient, and the price was really good (my original was very pricey but it was probably before these sticks became popular.)I love this stick! The length is indeed very nice -- I can easily toss this into a tote bag -- and I like the nubby rings. The longer length stick is still the best one for neck and shoulders because it has better reach but this one is good for legs and butt (yes your glutes can get tense too!) It is stiffer than my long stick, due at least in part to its shortness, but I am neutral as to whether that is good or bad.

Great tool for all athletes or just those with sore muscles.
Nice roller and I am a novice with these things but I do like it a lot. I have used this on my forearms, legs and lower back and man it is good. So good I want to get a second one that is a different style for different needs. Product is well made, rolls smoothly and had no funny China smell out of the box. I am a huge fan of these things and in conjunction with a solid foam roller you can really loosen up your body without needing to go to PT or a masseuse. Great tool for all athletes or just those with sore muscles.

I love it, my family loves it
Just the thing I needed. I have achy feet, back, and knees. This massage stick really digs deep into my tissue where I feel tense and sore. I like to use this post workout/ after work. It has also helped my father with back and shoulder issues. He tells me if relieves him of pain whenever he does his gardening.

Essential price of equipment
Perfect roller material! Gives firm but not painful relief. I've had sun splints and lower leg muscular problems and this has helped so much. Great price to.

I've found this really good for getting a deep massage on my calves and top of my thighs. I have a foam roller which I use, but this is perfect for putting in the car and using after a Park Run or a race, as it doesn't require rolling around on the floor. I will only be as effective as your strength, so it's good to use with a normal foam roller too as you can use your body weight to really get a deep massage on the muscles hard to get with this. Very happy with this purchase.

Five Stars
Great for running over leg muscles when they are fatigued. Like the texture of the Orange rollers.

Very good! it helps a lot with my hamstrings issues
Very good! it helps a lot with my hamstrings issues, an alternative from the foam roller. I would really recommend using it for Hamstrings and tight IT Bands.
