Superb book on conditioning
Much more than just simply a 'what to do' if you get injured or experience aches or pains. I've used this book, along with some light cardio, to get into best shape that I can ever remember. I'm in my late forties and not only became unfit, but devoloped poor posture. This book got me out the rut and discovered a new found enthusiasm for exercise. The book through a series of stretching and strentgh ecercises, involving single joint and multiple joint movements and static holds, will target every part of your body. It will make you more injury resiliant while conditioning your whole body or as the authors say to 'Bulletproof' your physique. On its own, its good enough, or as a preparation for tougher calisthenics, gymnastics, or the use of heavy weights. Its good for any age and can be done with minimum or even no equipment. Highly recommended

Holistic approach to why we get injured
This is a superb book. Perfect for anyone keen to understand how we can prevent injury and improve strength with body weight exercise. The book is laid out really well with excellent readability and very good pictures and illustrations of exercises and anatomy respectively. I particularly like the holistic approach to why we get injured and how we can prevent injury from diet and training to stress and sleep. A great reference text for the athete or trainer.
