Q: Are all dutton-lainson goldenrod products made in the us?

Thanks for your question! All Goldenrod-branded oilers and fuel tank filter products are made by the Dutton-Lainson Company in the United States. Also, almost all of our Goldenrod-branded fencing tools (including our well-known fence stretcher-splicers) are made in the United States.

Q: how much oil does one pump dispense? I am trying to compare this one to their trigger pump model.

Thanks for your question! This oil can dispenses approximately .088 in3 or .049 fluid ounces, but it would depend on how hard you press its spring bottom.

Q: Could this can be used to hold and dispense oil-based polyurethane?

Never thought of using it for that. The viscosity of oil is higher than oil-based polyurethane, so the flow rate from the tip may be quite high when dispensing polyurethane. It would probably work ok for holding polyurethane if the tip is sealed. Not knowing your application makes me reluctant to recommend it for your use.

I would rather a pump style can. When I turn this one over, gravity takes over and I can't control the oil flow. Go with a small pump type......3 or 4 ounces should do well.
