Pygmalion, Heartbreak House, and Saint Joan (Oxford World's Classics)

Shavian genius
Shaw was a true polymath. His plays are excellent and deserve to be up on stage again and again. Wordplay is very clever. Plots interesting. Any of these fine Oxford editions will reward again and again. Pygmalion is the most well-known and far deeper than My Fair Lady. For me Saint Joan is a fascinating study of faith and sainthood. There is dark wit, nods to history and Joan's life post mortem
